We have a host of exciting opportunities to join the team at the brand new bar coming to Market St, Westhoughton this Summer!

BYTES is a brand new bar, across two floors with a great outdoor space. A fully licensed premises, with retro gaming themed decor and a selection of retro arcade machines and consoles.

Provide charismatic, warm and engaging service
Well presented and organised
Hard working, punctual and reliable
A passion for retro/arcade gaming
Evening/weekend availability
Previous experience preferred but not essential

We are currently actively recruiting:

- Bartenders (18+)

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need
Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations
Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly
Taking cash or card payments from customers
Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends
Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers

- Barbacks (16+)

Responsibilities include:

Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
Collect empty glasses and bottles
Restock the bar with straws, coasters and napkins
Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes
Replenish bar snacks and fruits
Change out beer kegs and replace spirit bottles
Refill ice bins
Assist the Bartenders during busy periods
